Goal of Job

To provide the best service possible so that Emirates Hiring flight tickets and services can be sold and customers trip plans can be managed. Help the Team Leader and provide help for the Customer Service and Sales Agents. Work as part of a team to reach your own, your station’s, and the network’s business goals.

Job Summary

  • Make sure Emirates customers get the best customer service possible, tell them about Emirates fares, and actively sell online tickets and other related products by figuring out what customers want through building relationships, actively looking for sales opportunities, and promoting all Emirates-related products. Make sure that all encounters with customers meet the standards you’ve set.
  • Issue Emirates tickets to customers ensuring that all necessary airline rules and regulations are incorporated and that the customer request is met in order to provide them with excellent service. Highlight to customers the relevant requirements covering their journey such as passport, visa & health requirements and other details such as check-in place and time.
  • Actively increase Emirates revenue by giving customers choices on all goods and services, such as Skywards membership (questions about Skywards), changes, DBB, Dubai stopovers, hotel bookings, and improved fares, in order to meet sales revenue and/or sales conversion goals.+
  • Keep up with news and changes from Emirates Group to make sure that business and company standards are met.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all questions from CSSAs about complicated bookings, difficult relations with customers, and other special services.
  • Make sure that all of the necessary paperwork about tickets is filed, that time tables are up-to-date, and that handouts, sale and special materials are properly displayed on each desk. This will give customers more choices, which will help increase sales.
  • Help Travel Agents by letting them know about unique plans and helping them make reservations. Help and guide Travel Agents through the process of offering special prices and getting tickets. Answer questions about Emirates online and handle other complicated tasks, like medical cases and special services.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Commercial/Sales/Other : 3+ Years
  • Educated to at least GCSE or A Level standard or equivalent. Experience in a contact center or reservations office environment within the airline or travel industry.
  • Knowledge/skills: Knows the processes and methods of the call center, flight, and travel industries.
  • Knowledge of standard Fares and Ticketing, Skywards and relevant reservations systems.
  • PC skills to be able to use the Windows package, which includes Microsoft Word, Excel, and E-mail.
  • Other languages besides English: As some Contact Centers deal with multi – lingual calls, fluency in a required language will be advantageous.
  • The candidate must have a right to work and live in Pakistan
